Air conditioning has become easy to buy online and harder to buy well. Most national names give you a price before anyone has looked at your property, then pass the job to whichever local firm has capacity that week. You never meet the company you bought from.
We work the other way round. An engineer from our own team drives out to meet you, works out what you actually need and gives you a written price before leaving. The same team fits it and the same team services it.
We are a family-run firm based in the same counties we work in, and the people who answer the phone are the people who did the job.

Room sizing matters. Most homes start with one or two rooms, usually a bedroom and a living space. The survey works out the right size for each room so the system neither runs constantly nor cycles badly.

What the free survey actually gets you
There is no cost and no obligation afterwards. An engineer assesses the rooms you want covered and gives you a fixed written price before leaving. That price is what you pay, and it does not change once work starts.
Every installation booked from a survey before 31 August includes the first annual service free, carried out by us the following year.

Clear answers before anyone drills through a wall
Do you cover my area?
We cover Shropshire and Cheshire, including Shrewsbury, Telford, Oswestry, Chester, Crewe, Nantwich and the surrounding towns and villages. Enter your postcode on the form and we will confirm.
How much does it cost to install?
It depends on the number of rooms, the unit size each one needs, and the run between the internal and external units. That is why the survey comes first, and why the price we give you is fixed rather than an online estimate that changes when someone finally visits.
How long does the installation take?
A single-room system is usually a one-day job. Multiple rooms may take two. We will tell you at the survey rather than after you have committed.
Does it heat as well as cool?
Yes. The same unit reverses in winter and puts heat into the room, which is why it works well alongside your existing heating rather than replacing it.
Will I need planning permission?
For most homes, no. There are exceptions for listed buildings and some conservation areas. The survey identifies whether yours is affected.
How noisy is it?
The internal unit is quieter than a fridge in normal operation. The external unit is designed for residential use. We will show you the sound figures for the specific unit at the survey.
Who does the installation?
Our own engineers. We do not subcontract the work out.
What happens if something goes wrong afterwards?
You call us and we come out. The team that fitted it is the team that services it, and we are local rather than a national helpline.
